Our Saitama Team has initiated a new project, a restaurant called “BERI CAFE” (casual conversation cafe). The restaurant opened on November 14, 2009 in Ogawamachi. It features a menu that changes daily and uses organic products from different local farms each day. The restaurant is operated under the auspices of the NGO Working Group for Healthy Lifestyles (Seikatsutsubo Tsubasayu), and run by Saitama team members Takahashi Yuko and Kaneko Tomoko.
